I have gained lots of new skills and acquired different qualifications.
I have so far enjoyed my time within the company, I have got along with all of the people I have worked with.
As I have progressed through the apprenticeship, I have been given more and more responsibility whilst out on the job which has helped to make me feel more valued. I have also received a pride recognition award.
It is a well organised programme.
As much support as I needed.
