Management duties including till authorisations for refunds, voids etc. Customer service problems, working of stock, date checking products in store, preparing new stock, preparing the store for the next day.
Customer service skills have risen highly from the first time I started.
I enjoy my apprenticeship, sometimes the hours can be a pain but it means you get a mix of work and don't have to do the same thing everyday.

My programme is very well organised and I enjoy the training side of it.
I get visits weekly/every 3 weeks so this is supported very well.
High training from employer.

They look after their staff best they can, the pay is good, and everyone is treated fairly and equally
Be prepared for hard work, but great benefits from it!!
