  • Management duties including till authorisations for refunds, voids etc. Customer service problems, working of stock, date checking products in store, preparing new stock, preparing the store for the next day.

  • Customer service skills have risen highly from the first time I started.

  • I enjoy my apprenticeship, sometimes the hours can be a pain but it means you get a mix of work and don't have to do the same thing everyday.

  • Very.

  • My programme is very well organised and I enjoy the training side of it.

  • I get visits weekly/every 3 weeks so this is supported very well.

  • High training from employer.

  • Yes

  • They look after their staff best they can, the pay is good, and everyone is treated fairly and equally

  • Be prepared for hard work, but great benefits from it!!
