I am a software engineer which includes a range of programming languages and non technical aspects too like visualizations and graphs.
I have learnt a whole load of new skills as before i started i had not done any coding before hand. So everything i use in work i have learnt on the job and at training.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme
Very valued, there is a good connection between the apprentices and non apprentices all working together
The programme has a really good structure and is really well organised
The training was really useful as it was were i started to even learn about different programming languages and how to code
A lot of support is given to apprentices
As i am still living at home the salary is meeting my costs.
There are loads of events organised outside of word and a lot of charity events that you can get involved in. There are also times when you go to the university for on campus days where you all meet up.
Yes
Capgemini has been a great experience so far and i hope that it carries on like this. As i never knew anything about coding to begin with i have managed to learn on the job about what i need to do.
