  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • Database Administrated Work on Environment Agency and Lincolnshire Police accounts. General maintenance, application support and upkeep of databases and servers on the accounts. I interact with my team via many different communication streams including email, telephone, screenshare and instant message. I also interact with our clients via email and telephone. My responsibilities are varied but mostly include ticket response and upkeep such as patching. Generally ensuring that the client is content with their product.

    • Perfectly adequately. You chose your own career and build it

    • It is improving on a constant basis but is at a great level. I'd definitely recommend it

    • A huge amount. But the work still needs doing

    • We follow through the career path of a regular employee but with the support for an apprentice
