Database Administrated Work on Environment Agency and Lincolnshire Police accounts. General maintenance, application support and upkeep of databases and servers on the accounts. I interact with my team via many different communication streams including email, telephone, screenshare and instant message. I also interact with our clients via email and telephone. My responsibilities are varied but mostly include ticket response and upkeep such as patching. Generally ensuring that the client is content with their product.
