I am a trainee front of house supervisor/Team leader for Greene king. My role is to help with the running of the pub to ensure our guests leave after a positive experience. Whether they are dining or drinking with us.
I am learning and developing skills on a day to day basis and this helps my confidence in my role and fuels my ambition to further my career within the company.
I enjoy the challenge and learning more in depth about the business side of the hospitality industry I am fully supported in house and by my trainer every step of the way. They are always on hand for advice.
I feel valued highly by my house manager and her encouragement and support is strong which fuels my ambition to progress within the company
Very well organised and very structured I'm always kept informed regarding what is expected of me from one visit to the next.
Excellent support. I am never made to feel a nuisance when I have to call on my trainers advice.
My house manager is extremely supportive and is always looking for extra ways to advance my development including training days which coincide with my qualification program
At the moment I am comfor table with my income as I am new to the role and my confidence is growing day by day I am sure should anot increase be justified it will be.
