My role involves serving customers with food and drink,handling money,real ale cask maintenance, kitchen duties,staff management,stock replenishment and much more.
As I am working towards learning back of house then the programme with certainly help with the skills I need to Be successful. Is spreadsheets and database.
I enjoy every aspect of this learning curve.I'm learning something new all the time and developing my skills within the workplace.
I feel very valued and trayful to Greene king forthe funding and opportunity to further my career.
It is well organised I have regular contact with my trainer whether it be over the phone,via email or monthly one to one meetings.
I receive all the help and support needed from my trainer. She is always very approachable and willing to go through any problems i may face. If I am doing a good job then that is acknowledged too.
I receive a lot of support from my employer who I keep regularly updated with my progress. Again if I had any concerns I can trust them to help me along.
I manage as best I can. I have a young daughter and being able to train in school hours helps as great deal.
I have not actively sought anything outside if work as all my time is divided between my job ,my training and my family.

I have work ed for this company for 13 years and ii am very happy with my place of employment, my work ethic and the opportunities that they provide to hrelp you achieve.
