  • It has allowed me to work alongside graduate hires at the same level, completing the same work and giving equal opportunities.

  • Very, the level of support has been consistently high throughout my time here.

  • Programme is potentially too long with a hindrance on promotion within the 5 years, which can hold people back in terms of career progression.

  • Support from the ATT was high when studying for my qualifications, and support at work through counselling has always been very comprehensive.

  • Counsellors have always been very supportive and involved in work and outside life, helping to feel valued and well supported.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It does meet costs for an employee living at home with minimal rental expenses.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Having played for the EY rugby team in my first year I saw first hand how much was on offer outside of work and how valuable this was from a networking perspective.
