Acting as a tax advisor in the Reward team, preparing international tax calculations and pay reports.

Gained a wide technical understanding of tax positions from global locations, developed skills liaising with clients.

It has allowed me to work alongside graduate hires at the same level, completing the same work and giving equal opportunities.

Programme is potentially too long with a hindrance on promotion within the 5 years, which can hold people back in terms of career progression.

Support from the ATT was high when studying for my qualifications, and support at work through counselling has always been very comprehensive.

Counsellors have always been very supportive and involved in work and outside life, helping to feel valued and well supported.
