I am part of the finance team, specifically the income side. I sort through client data, I write recharges and I attend meetings to do with large projects. My team is very helpful and have taught me things which I never knew. Only downside is after a while things started to get repetitive, this may be due to the fact that I did not have enough time to learn everything, so the tasks set were limited.
I have learnt many different shortcuts and formulas on Excel, like Lookup and how to display multiple documents on one screen. I have learnt in general the difference between school and work and how it is such a big step. I have also learnt the ethics and ways of how work operates, and how you should respect your colleagues and work together to get the most out of the experience.
I found that in just two weeks, I have learnt so much and done so much. I have had huge support from my colleagues that if I had a question, even a simple one, that I can always ask. The company itself is really nice. They really do look after their staff. Lunch hours are flexible, with a good canteen to point out. And the people you work with are all really nice, and that is something not all companies can say.
The people in my team definitely made me feel of value. The frequently praised my work and I felt like I really help them. I did things that needed to be done, not just jobs that had no real urgency, that they were never going to get around to anyway. I got some recognition during meetings of work that I have done.
It was just a day to day job. It relied on what the clients needed, so did change day by day. So overall there was no structure as there is no sort of 'This job is done is done at this time everyday'. But organisation is very good, with tidy desks and a very clean building.

A lot. I couldn't get any more. Any question is always answered.

The social life of the business is huge. People go for runs at lunchtimes every week. There are parties. There are nights out for birthdays, anniversaries, or for no occasion at all. The building is near a station and can be accessed easily, meaning that it has access to other areas easily as well.
