serving customers, dealing with enquiries, working in a team, replenishing the store, till supervising, looking after rimmel and nails.
I have learnt how to deal with customers and difficult situations, how to merchandise stock, how to sell effectively to customers and have good rapport with customers
I like the people I work with and I like the fact that each day is different. it has met my expectations and I enjoy working here a lot.
I feel appreciated by my manager and area and regional manager. My manager involves me in most tasks and gives me extra responsibility in store.
My program of learning is planned each month and I always know what I need to do to achieve the targets set. my induction in store was good and I was happy with it
I feel that I get a lot of support from my assessor and get given guidance with any problems if I need it. I get given a monthly review with targets
My manager helps me with my learning and is there to answer any questions I have. He is always willing to help whenever he has time to do so.
I always spend all my wages however it does cover the basic things I need. I use my discount to get money off products and this is really helpful/
We have a good team atmosphere and we go on team building evenings out occasionally. We have had dress down day and done other events for Marie Curie
