Overall responsibility of the day to day running of a business. Recruiting a service focused team that are engaged and well trained, by setting an example, leading from the front and coaching each individual to deliver a customer facing ethos at all times. Whilst having full accountability of a P & L and striving to deliver sales and profit targets by controlling margins and costs.
The Apprenticeship helped me to become a better Leader and also helped me gain the confidence to develop my role further.
although challenging at times, I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and it has helped me to progress into my dream job for Greene King.
Greene King are a fantastic company to work for and have helped me progress considerably. I feel I am seen as an individual and my peers and Leaders have a genuine care about me both personally and professionally.
I felt that it was well organised however, I would have appreciated more opportunity to do some off-site learning sessions with the tutor.
I felt that I had more than enough support to help me complete the course.
My BDM and HR Manager were both very supportive, helping me to gain more confidence throughout my course.
