As a resourcer, my daily tasks are to source suitable, trustworthy and quality candidates as we intend to provide only the best service for our clients achieving maximum satisfaction and efficiency.
During The Adecco Group's apprenticeship I have gained a title of a CertRR which ensures I stand out from other resourcers within the industry due to the backing of an industry wide recognised qualification (REC). I have also attended many L&D courses of which the staff taking this sessions are exceptional.
Being given the chance to work for the largest recruitment company globally is such as astonishing achievement and honour. The culture is second to none and the types of people working around myself and everyone else is very support for productivity.
Attending the annual Adecco Group conference was a highlight of how well they treat their staff and how they value their service. With the ability to meet with the board and other senior's within the business helps moral and allows staff to feel recognised within the business.
Firstly started with an introduction on what is expected of us and what we can expect over the Apprenticeship. We have travelled to various locations to carry out work towards out Apprenticeship and have been given the correct training and supervision by Learn Direct and Adecco staff.
Learn Direct have been very helpful in assisting in completing the apprenticeship. Their staff are always on call to help us with any issues or questions prior to the exam or assessments. They are very well headhunted and put apprentices at ease.
My Head and my brand have fully supported me throughout the whole process with time off to revise, or support on work or apprenticeship assessments. They have been very understanding and can cater to all needs.
Not very, from what is expected of me in this role I feel although I put in the work and start from the bottom, what I do and earn will not be viable for any longer than the 12 months.
Yes, charity events, social events, winner trips etc. Depending on performance and suitability employees are rewarded accordingly. We would like to see more sporting activities or awareness, eg ping pong table at work to increase competitiveness at work
Yes
The largest recruitment company globally and the exposure gained is second to none. Meeting with staff and colleagues FTSE100 and Fortune500 corporations has allowed me to develop ten fold and my confidence has improved respectively.
Make sure you apply!! There is not harm in doing so, the whole interview process is not like any other. All of the staff put you at ease and ensure they get the best out of you from the whole process.
