It is fun to see how a large store is run and what it takes to run a store It is good for confidence to learn to take and give orders/advice to others
I feel like sometimes I'm not taken seriously and feel as I'm the youngest I have the most to learn abouT the way working life is and I am helped most of the time by my colleagues
I feel like the. Programme isn't very structured in the way that we will be one day sat on till and the other we are expected to be as good as other managers when we haven't been given the respect and confidence we need to be able to do it
I believe sometime that we aren't helped enough with the fact that they give us the work and say if you need help then say which I feel they should explain about the module and tell us where we need to be at the time and place for that to be able for me to see it and understand
Not as much as I would like as I would like them to train us more on being a store manager and not as a store assistant
I feel I am paided enough for how many hours I work and the days in which I have off
No for the fact if we aren't working there isn't much that Aldi as a company offer to their employees outside of working hours
Yes
I believe It is a fun safe working environment to be able to work and expand on key skills people need in life
Be confident and make your voice be heard or you will find it hard to work in an environment that may not suit your work relations
