I am an apprentice at Adecco recruitment in Croydon. My day to day tasks are mainly Administration duties as well as being trained. Most of this I have been trained on already but still getting the extra support. People here are lovely and very kind to me. They have made me feel very comfortable and welcomed me nicely into the office.
I have definitely developed new skills, for example... I am now able to register candidates. I now know how to post jobs online. Also other things along with this.
I enjoy it very much and always look forward to coming into work.
I feel very valued and feel as if my career plan is all set out for me exactly the way I want it to.
Very structured. I have a timetable every week of tasks that I have to complete and I always get them done on time, or even before the deadline.
A lot of support. I have had REALLY good feedback about my work and how much I am on target.
A lot of support, my manager is always concentrating on training me to be the best consultant.
I live Farley local to my work so travel costs is not an issue, I would say that my salary does meet my costs.
Yes, I take regular singing and dancing lessons. and I go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
Yes
Because it is a VERY good way to be trained and start working and in my opinion, recruitment Is the best industry to get into.
Be yourself, dress smart, be punctual, and live fairly local to the work place, as the pay rate isn't too high and if you live far most of your earnings will go towards travel.
