Apprentice Review

My overview role of my apprenticeship is picking and packing and this is where you have to pick a product from a pallet to a certain store that talkman will tell you.

Unfortunately for the time being with this company I have learn few new things but now for a while I haven't been learning any new skills as my managers are always busy and they are not organised very well.

I really do like this programme and its organised very well by good people but it would be better if people from this company would look after each other more and get on better.

I don't feel very special as everybody else from this company acts and talks to myself just like a normal worker, not as a future apprentice.

My programme is very good structured but it's not organised by people very well, as they would promise you something and not do it, because they won't be very interested.

I do get support from everybody as much as I can but sometimes it would be better if I got that extra push.

Since I've been working for this company at the begging of this apprenticeship I did get a lot of help and also I did get opportunities that I wouldn't think of but since then I've stayed on the exactly same level and not improved really well.

I personally think that the salary it's very good for the apprenticeship as normally you wouldn't find a job with a salary like this one.

There are many opportunities but gist could give everything that apprentices need but it has to be done just by the right people.

Because it does change you're life as you realise why this company pays so well, it's not because they "nice people" ,but it's because you work very hard and don't stop.

Make sure to double think whenever they would like to be always running around and be busy, or they would rather be sitting in the office in silence and not be very active.
