My role at Spring Technology is an Apprentice Resourcer, In a normal day I would be given a role to work, I would have to research who I'm recruiting for, and go find them suitable candidates. This would involve searching job boards, previous candidates on my tracker and using social media to make contact and qualify them.
Yes, I've learnt a lot of new skills. This Apprenticeship has helped me develop my communication skills from working with a range of different people, with different temperaments and experiences. It's also helped me with my organisation skills, ensuring I keeping track of my diary, who I'm talking to, and helped me build consistent relationships with candidates.
I enjoy my Apprenticeship because It's pushed me to work skills I wasn't aware that I had. It's helped with my confidence when it comes to asking the difficult questions, and created a career goal I have now set within myself.
Very, they have looked after me from the start of my Apprenticeship, supported me within my health, ensured that the incentives are reachable, and our KPI targets are hard enough to hit but also within reach to exceed.
Very, I have contact with all my tutors ensuring I can call them anytime to help me, which I have done successfully. My Manager ensures I have plenty of time to work and study, allowing me to study from home when necessary, and allowing me a quiet and comfortable place to study within the work place as well.
