My Job Title is a compliance administrator, working for to different branches my role varies all the time, one week I will be doing all the admin for one team, referencing and keeping searcher up to date, then then other team I will be calling candidates, booking them into register, and also doing a few data base calls to clients.
A lot, regarding the recruitment industry, how to call a candidate, how to book them in. How to speak to a client. Also the training helped a lot in many ways when I first joined I went to MBH, which was very interesting.
YES, couldn't ask for a better team, working for a better company. The work I love, how it is different every day, nothing is never the same.

the programme is great. Because I work for two different branches but we came up with a structure, one week I am with one team then the following week with the other team. That is easy to follow. The training and support is amazing, whenever I am stuck [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] will show me and offer me training which is very good.
I receive a lot of support from my assessor, every time we meet (once a month) whenever [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] goes she always have a plan for the next month which she sends to me via email.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] are both my managers. whenever there is a problem and I ask I will always get a strong answer back from both of them, they offer me training on that topic which I think is great.
It is tricky with my travel. Apart from that, the money is brilliant for my age, its just the travel.
Before I used to work, every day I was in the gym, but I still go every day after work. I used to play a lot of football and used to box for a local boxing club, which I competed in the national championships.
