  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • During the week I worked in tax, assurance and consulting as part of the Pwc business insight week. The daily tasks I had to do were to check financial statements, read case studies, talk to the other employees of Pwc, researching. Every day I would always interact with my colleagues and ask them questions such as "what path did you take to get to where you are now?" I had to be part of a team and do a project that we had to present to everyone else which was about TeachFirst.

  • Overall I enjoyed the programme because I was able to work in tax, consulting and assurance which I really enjoyed because it helped me decide which line of service I would like to work in. I enjoyed working in teams and presenting the best ideas and solving problems. The company culture is very positive and friendly and I believe that working in Pwc is a great opportunity. My expectations of the programme were exceeded when I finished the work and realised how beneficial this week was for me. And most importantly I enjoyed the week and would gladly work there for a longer period of time.
