The day involves shadowing my buddy at PwC, who works in Assuranceand audit. During the day, I attented client sites and important meetings regarding the work that was being done with the clients.
I've learnt alot about how business is done, and the skills required to be an efficient employee. I've learnt about communication and teamwork, also developed my analytical skils.
I think it was an insightlful experience, and I very much enjoyed seeing what the working life entails. If I had the oppurtunity I would do it again for sure. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
I was treated as a normal PwC employee and given access to everything a normal employee would have. I was greeted very nicely by the team and employees, and this made me feel very welcome.
There was an induction day which introduced the programme. We had our Buddy's follow a timetable of what we should be doing.
The support was really great and it was very enjoyable. I learnt lots of new stuff and recieved help from many different people.

All travel expenses were refunded. The location was flexible, and I was paid a above average salary for my time there.

It's a brilliant programme and it's such as global company where you can learn lots of new stuff in a new working enivornment.
Stay calm during interviews, research the company and what it does. There are many different opportunities so choose one that you feel is right for you.
