Shadowing Review

I have been working in a variety of departments in PwC, spending 2 days in Assurance and 1 day in Tax. I have been working alongside people I've been shadowing, helping them prepare calulations and quality checks for financial statements.

I have developed skills on Excel and put some networking skills into practice.

I have really enjoyed working within the Bristol office, meeting some new people and gaining some insight into the day to day routine at PwC.

I felt relatively valued in my involvement within tasks and my buddies did show their appreciation for the work I did for them.

The induction day was well structured, with a variety of different activities for us to take part in in order to help us gain an insight into the key departments of Tax, Assurance and Consulting. Throughout the week there has been a good support system in place and I have always known who to contact when I was unsure of anything

The support has been very accessible.

My employer has been very supportive and has provided lots of guidance.

The salary meets my costs well.

From what I have heard from my buddies there are a lot of oppurtunities outside of work including sports clubs and social events
