I am a store apprentice in aldi. I work on the tills and on the shop floor delivering excellent customer service! I thouroughly enjoy my role as a store apprentice.
i have learned how to deliver excellent customer service, i have learned how to work stock orders, i have learned how to use a till.
i really enjoy it i am learning something new every day. i love a challenge and working with the public is a big challenge.
i feel pretty valued they are an excellent company to work with and there is always someone there to help you if you need it.
my programme is very well organised. my apprentice lecturer visits me regularly to discuss and go over how i am getting on and the coursework i need to do.
my training provider is very supportive we keep in contact via email but if need be i can give her a call if i need help with someone.
i revieve enough supposet from my employer in terms of anything i need to speak about i would go to him.
my salary is apprentice wage and it isnt very much at all but it will be worth it in the long run.
i havent looked into this so i honestly couldnt asnwer this question fully, sorry.
