I am a welder, this usually involves smaller welding work and occasionally bigger jobs. My responsibilities are to maintain a good working standard.
I have learnt about basic and advanced welding techniques and other skills used in engineering, I have also attended college to develop maths, English and ICT
I enjoy it a lot, there is a lot to do and a lot to learn. The facilities are good and so is the workforce. The culture is very good at work.
I feel very valued, its a good place to work and the staff are very helpful if there ever is a problem. I am involved in a lot of tasks as well.
Its well structured and has been made easy to understand, support is always there if I need it and there is always time that can be made for studying.
I receive lots of support from the coordinators, they are very helpful and are always available if ever there is a problem. The are also very friendly.

it meets the costs of living and I always have money to spend, money has been increasing at the predetermined intervals, it also covers travel.
yes, there are many events I can take part in, they range from going to college to speak to the student to being involved in charity events at times.

Its a very good opportunity to progress knowledge and skills for a long foreseeable career. The business is international which gives you the opportunity to travel the world and work with advanced technology.
