supporting our residents with there day to day tasks like dressing,washing and other daily tasks.
i am a better listner and more patient then before, have also become more confident.
i enjoy working in a team and helping make sure all the residents needs are taken care of.
all good progress we make is always reconised just like other workers
very well organised, always know what uve got to do to achevive my goals
we receive all the supprt we need when we need it by all staff members.
we receive as much suppoert as we need from out employers
