The work environment was a friendly and happy place with much help. The team would always have time for me and I would highly recommend this to friends and family
As well as rewards and constant recognition, prudential advertised us internally which really made us feel valued
We were given a manager for the work load, a buddy for any other help needed , an assessor to oversee our coursework and a teacher to help us learn. This really gave us the tools needed to progress and learn
We had a call every 2 weeks to enable us to ask any questions and monthly visits to see our progress. Our assessor was down to earth and could really explain each point meaning there was no confusion.
As nearly everything was new I need quite a bit of support. Prudential were excellent and exceeded my expectations. my manager would allow time each day to sit down and help me with any "blockers"
Prudential are very generous and pay for travel expenses as well as a superb salary meaning that there was never a shortage.
As well as a very packed social calendar within the team , the company holds holiday events for each season and also lets outside business' come inside to speak with the employees
Yes
This is exactly what I have wanted from an employer and I have absolutely nothing to complain about
Be confident and really interact with the managers as they are interested in who you are as much as what you can do
