I am a Trainee Associate. My daily tasks are to follow through with continous ausit tasks which usually last a few days at a time. The teams are very friendly and we are given the same amount of responsibility as Graduates.
I've learnt more in the last 4 months than I ever thought I would. We are doing the ACA Qualification.
The People are great and so is the company culture. It is a very relaxed and focused environment to work in.
I feel very valued.
The structure is very well organised and the dates of event can even be seen a year in advance. It's a 5 year program. You learn a lot. You work with big companies. There are many planned socials. The socials are free.
The salary is amazing for someone like me who is still living at home.
Yes there are loads of opportunitie, as EY has such a close-knit community of workers.
Yes
It is always good to prepare for the interviews and also to prepare for your exams. Also be prepared for becoming immersed into the world of finance by watching the news regularly etc.
