The process has been extremely well organised from the first day and the induction preparing every apprentice for the business, with the support of managers and 'Buddy' system with a clear plan of the journey over the course of the apprenticeship, the business is very good at structuring the development of its apprentices.
The support from the training provider was slow to start, with some communication issues, which Prudential staff were very quick at dealing with my concerns and resolving the issues.
