Support Services Sales Executive. I am responsible for the renewals of hundred of our customers' support contracts. Day to day I will work with account managers and customers to scope out which services should be included in renewals for different customers.
I have passed 4 MOS exam as part of my training. These exams taught me lots that I didn't know about Microsoft Office.
I enjoy my programme a lot. Our trainer is great and the course is highly relevant to my job.

The opportunities are so broad and there is so much to learn here. Also Microsoft treats its apprentices like any normal employee.
Don't feel like you have to be a straight A student to work here. You need to be confident and show an eagerness to learn. They are looking for people they can build on, not someone who is already there.
