ICA apprentice- first year is mainly at EEF college in Birmingham and you study level 3 engineering BTEC and complete a number of PEO's relevant to your job. Then the next couple years is on the job training with NVQ's.
New skills learnt in all areas of engineering and especially in programming PLC's
Love the mixture between working on site and then doing college work to gain qualifications.
Treated well on site and by the college staff and they are eager to teach
Well oranganised and a nice mixture between college and on site working environment.
Support is available and always people to email and contact if you have any questions
Support it given when needed so if you contact them they will reply and help you
Very well paid and any expenses are covered and one of the best paying apprentices
Lots of opportunities and teams to join in spare time.................................
