ICA Tech involves diagnosing problems from alarms, this could be instrumentation errors or control errors
Lots of new skills within engineering so far wiring and testing and instrumentation control. I also have a better understanding of water and sewage works
I really enjoy developing new skills and the support we get from Severn trent
I feel valued even though at the moment I'm not adding to the business as a 1st year apprentice
Severn Trent have put a lot of time and effort into designing the programme
EEF are good but the support is not as good as it is from Severn Trent staff
All staff are always willing to answer questions and assist especially my on site mentor
Very pleased with what Severn Trent offer and the added benefits I receive
There are some but I feel more will become open once I spend more time in company
Yes
Great package, great support, great development and a secure job
Look to shine and show both personal maturity and initiative and the ability to work in a team and of course don't be afraid to ask questions
