Scheduled to work a rotation around the factory learning the different roles with in blade manufacturing. Currently i'm stepping in as a duty manager at the CTC site until the end or March.
I feel I've gained some new skills regarding the techniques used to manufacturer the blades and what it takes to support other employees being a duty manager.
I've enjoyed the course, however sometimes feel that the factory is working slowly and therefore can become quite tiresome.
Not very.
I think the organising and structure of the programme could be improved.
I personally feel I've received a good amount of support.
I feel that my employer has been there to support me when ever I've needed them.
My current salary is OK at the moment for meeting my current requirements, however do feel in the near future it could become an issue.
No.
Yes
I feel with time the company will grow and provide good opportunities for other people.
Showcase your skills which will catch the interest of Siemens.
