  • Scheduled to work a rotation around the factory learning the different roles with in blade manufacturing. Currently i'm stepping in as a duty manager at the CTC site until the end or March.

  • I feel I've gained some new skills regarding the techniques used to manufacturer the blades and what it takes to support other employees being a duty manager.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I've enjoyed the course, however sometimes feel that the factory is working slowly and therefore can become quite tiresome.

  • Not very.

  • I think the organising and structure of the programme could be improved.

  • I personally feel I've received a good amount of support.

  • I feel that my employer has been there to support me when ever I've needed them.

  • My current salary is OK at the moment for meeting my current requirements, however do feel in the near future it could become an issue.
