Ensuring PPE is in date and worn correctly. Work in a team. Carry out service and support in fault finding and rectifying.
New skills and new jobs learnt about all the time, particularly during fault finding investigations. Team leads have all gone out of their way to mentor me and help me gain in confidence and skills.
Enjoyable most days although certain admin tasks can become monotonous.
Bonus schemes and champions award scheme go a long way to help in the recognition of employees.
The programme is well structured and other apprentices support each other through the apprenticeship.
Support is there as and when needed and is generally excellent. Phone call or an email away.
Generally good.
The salary is generally good for an apprenticeship but the allowances make it pay extremely well.
Opportunities occasionally to volunteer.
