My role as a management apprentice is to help run the store in the mangers absents. The day to day shop keeping for starting at 6 and working delivers then going into the office to do paperwork, to cashier checks, while maintaining the store at its full potential.
Since joining Aldi I have grown as a person and learnt new skill sets that will remain with me for the rest of my life.
I love every minute of my apprenticeship getting paid and learning at the same time it doesn't get much better than that.
A feel completely valued by Aldi everyone is respectful to one another, because we work as a team we finish as team
