Rotation around the factory in the different segments
Yes, I have learnt many new skills that I can use on the job
It is better than what I originally thought the program would be
I feel valued because they are always giving me new things to do every week
I think it could do a little better but we are also the first set of apprentices through the new factory
we get a lot of support in class during the day and can email if we need help when not there
they are always on hand to help
for a first year apprentice it is quite good
yes, there has been quite a few media days we have been involved in
