Project Manager
I have learned how to manage resource costs and resources to make sure that the budget and timeline are met.
I find the programme to be very hit and miss, if you get a good account then the job is thoroughly enjoyable however a bad role can make work very stressful
I feel IBM values me as a resource but sees us more as a cheap resource than as an investment to keep us around.
There are a selection of courses we can apply for but we are not given a huge deal of direction for what is worth doing.
We only really receive support when there are major issues and not given much guidance otherwise.
We are given full support for personal issues as well as if there is any need for time off.
We are paid well for our age and the pay rises are spaced well
We usually have a selection of opportunities available depending on what account you are working on.

I feel the experience you gain in the apprenticeship will be very good in whatever job you decide to progress your career in.
Focus on what makes you unique and valuable and not the generic stuff that everyone will be saying.
