I am in charge of installing and servicing customer's equipment from Virgin Media.
I have learnt lots of new skills to assist me in my future development. Technical skills that I need to do my job.
The programme is made enjoyable and there is a lot of teamwork and emphasis on working as a team.
Virgin spend a lot on apprenticeships and make us feel part of the company and equal to other members of staff.
