I've moved teams to HFFF which consists of finishing works and I gained experience managing sub-contractors and their works. Speaking to supervisors and operatives about the works and providing paperwork e.g. permits to enable these works.
No training so far but personal skills include working as a team and gaining more confidence communicating with people in the office and on site.
At college, it helps to progress as a team to complete the units and also at work with providing evidence for the NVQ framework.
I continue to be involved in tasks/jobs and I tend to involve myself and ask about work up and coming.
Its average, there could be changes made to make it smoother and speed up processes when needed. Better structure towards the study side such as completion of units.
Enough support to assist in the units that have to be carried out. Good input in lessons to allow me to complete my assignments in my own time.
I have support from colleagues around me within the team, I can also contact other people regarding my apprenticeship and any concerns.
Considering where my place of work is 'London' it is sufficient enough with London weighting and season ticket for travel. Salary itself could be better, more warning on pay rises if and when we get them.
I go gym most evenings after work, no other hobbies.
Yes
A good company in general and the pay compared to others is considerably higher. Good support and training.
Better understanding of company processes and performance reviews.
