1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

everyday is different but good. everytday consists of your daily job so making sure you are ready and stocked, morning and afternoon briefs and you get a lot of responsibility from managers if you are willing to progress.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

being on the programme, each session we have we learn a lot of new skills and we are able to develop on our existing skills . There are a variety of training sessions to attend and learn a lot about the business as well as the types of customers.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy everything about the programme! everything is really good the tea, the work environment and lots of the different training sessions really enjoyable.

everyone values each other, even managers are really nice and very supportive and willing to help with everything

perfect. lots of support and training and managers as well as mentors help a lot

our training provider/mentor supports the group enormously always ensuring we are good and all the sessions are brilliant.

everyone within harrods are very supportive and managers are very kind and suppporting

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

the salary is very good however, due to being on an appreticeship i am unable to get a reduced oyster travel cost as it is very expensive.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

there are always opportunities to progress and lots of events to attend.

Best retailer to work for! Lots of support and full of friendly people to work with.

spend a lot of time researching the company and also key people wihtin harrods and key details. Also, research online on the harrods website to be very clear and understand everything
