Collection Supervisor, I am responsible for a team of ten employees and the collections for national Insurance accounts. This involves managing the department, goals and projects.
I am close to finishing an NVQ level 3 in management. This has helped with managing projects and expectations.
I enjoyed the course, my tutor was very friendly and helpful towards the end but I feel there could have been more help at the start of the course.
