We regularly have meetings with an appraiser so that we can see our progress. At the end of jobs we often receive an email from a manager to thank us.
There is an induction period for the first few weeks before attending college. You have a 'buddy' who is there to look after you throughout your training period at the firm
We have a tutor who teaches us at college. We also have an email address so that we can contact them either outside of college hours or inbetween college and exams
We have an appraiser who makes sure that we are on track with expectations. Also a buddy who guides you through the first stages at the firm
All expenses are paid so all my travel costs are covered. The salary is competitive with an increase each year. Bonus is very rarely awarded at lower levels
