- I enjoy working with my team and my role somewhat e.g. I have a great relationship with the Manager I support. However, there are not any opportunities for development/ future long term prospects for apprentices once they have finished their programme. It feels the bank is training apprentices just to let them go.
- Very valued by most of my team.
- Not very organised in the beginning and lacked a lot of structure.
- I receive support as and when I need it.
- I receive support as and when I need it.
Very well.
- Not many at all. There are mostly events in London but this is not widely accessible for people living outside of the area.
Yes
- I have learnt a lot of great skills which have allowed me to secure a job outside of the bank that I really want to pursue as a career.
- You will learn a lot of skills and work with a variety of people with lots of experience who will accept you into their team and support you. However, there are lots of changes in the bank and this doesn't make a future role feel very secure. I feel there are a lot more opportunities outside of the bank.
