Producing facility documents for commercial customers as well as drawing down limits, marking limits and managing your own workload to prioritise urgent tasks.
Communication skills have improved as I am now confident in speaking to older colleagues with a formal tone and also develop my organisation skills to make sure my tasks are completed accordingly.
I really enjoy this programme as I am now more understanding of what a bank can actually do behind the scenes and also the responsibility of dealing with a huge amount of money is amazing.
I feel valued at RBS, everyone is really helpful and are always willing to help or every occasion. The manager will always ask how you are getting along and if you need any help at all.
It is really organised as you have a full timetable for each month and what you need to complete and also what assessments need completing and what learning you need to do.
My training provider is amazing who is always there if you need anything at all no mstter how much or how little help you need. They are always there to answer any questions you may have.
My employer is also really good as they are always praising you for the work you do and also give you valuable feedback to help improve the quality of your work going forward.
the salary package is amazing and will match all your needs. Theres many options you can choose from for the benefits or even instead you can take it all out in cash.
There have been a few like a table tennis tournament and just going out for drinks but not as many activities outside of work as you would like.

Brilliant way to get into the world of work and complete a good known qualification and a good way to move your way up the ranks in a very well established bank.
Choose the right area to work, choose the right team and be confident and know what the qualification consists of. Be yourself and have as much experience from your childhood and school life to talk about.
