Very organised, I received my Individual learning plan with sets out my webinars, my task books suggested exam date etc. So I always know where I should be in terms of progress. I have weekly 121's with my line manager to discuss how I am getting on. I also have catch ups with my BPP university tutor.
I have guidance and support whenever I need it.

The salary for a apprentice is brilliant, coming in from just a weekend job to a fully fledged salary was great. Considering the national apprentice wage is £3.48 RBS pay much more than what most employers do.
I have been involved with volunteer projects! There are always networking events to meet new people.
