I am a HR administrator and I do lots of processing of reports, I mainly focus on health and safety and absences.
I have learnt many new skills such as knowledge of business and HR and I have developed skills like typing and many more.
I am really enjoying my programme as it is easy to follow.
Very valued I have settled in well and feel part of the team, I am not just an apprentice.
As I said before it is excellent and easy to follow.
My Training provider has been very helpful and contacts me without me contacting them.
My employer is very helpful and despite being very busy always tries to lend a hand.
This is a very good part of the opportunity as I make more than I actually need and I am very happy with it.
outside of work there are always opportunities such as networking or extra learning and training etc. to further your understanding and help you grow.
Yes
RBS is a great employer with many perks and a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend.
To be patient and be yourself, RBS are very good at being fair and are not looking for perfection in recruitment. The opportunity is there just be yourself.
