My role involves producing facility documents for new deals for commercial customers, instructing valuations, requisitioning security items and other tasks.
Yes i have learnt new skills using technology and systems and understanding information - i have developed my skills of communication and interpreting information.
I enjoy the aspect of working in a business environment and getting an insight into potential careers in the industry. I think that it would be better if i had set times to study away from work.
I feel valued in that i am giving the same responsibility as everyone else in my role and am now capable of completing the work by myself. All my colleagues are very welcoming and ensure i am involved.
The organisation isnt very good because there wasnt a new joiners training scheme into the role and my job or no set training facilities. The bbp live sessions are good as they have gave a study planner to know expectations for each week in regards to revision however RBS have not offered enough structure from the beginning
alot of support is provided by the provider as they have reminder emails, an online portal and monthly reviews to discuss any issues
I recieve support in which i have time to study when i wish as long as it works around my work load. I could do with more support with explanations by tutors in preson to help understand information
very well as it is a good wage for an apprentice and it is reasonable expectations
there are many opportunities in which apprentices can get involved in as in careers talks at schools but there could be more social events
Yes
It is a good start to get your way into work without going down the iniversity route
