Assistant relationship manager. I support a Relationship Manager in the sales department within RBS. We provide asset finance solutions for customers in the UK. I correspond with suppliers and input these quotes in our systems
I have received internal training and attended product knowledge courses. And have achieved my Professional Banker certificate and am now working towards my level 3 in financial services
When I first joined I found it difficult getting to know my colleagues and the work / job role. Now I feel comfortable in my team, the basics of the role and know that everyone in my team is very nice
I feel very valued by my colleagues and my line manager
When I first joined there wasn't very much structure to the programme. But there is now a more organised structure and I am learning new things all the time
I am In regular contact with my training provider and I know I can ask them for any help should I need it
My colleagues and manager help me with work tasks and my apprenticeship study tasks
Salary covers any costs for travel to other offices besides my own
We attend at least 5 CSR events per year and I receive lots of emails about getting involved with the Graduate scheme
