My Job Title is Product Support Consultant. My daily tasks involve supporting client products and consulting on a technical level to customers. My daily interactions are with team members and customers mainly via e-mail but also via the phone on problem solving etc.
I have learnt lots of new business skills including time management and self-working skills. I have also gained qualifications that are industry recognised by going on training courses
The actual apprenticeship was good, the college study however did have issues, but the company I work for was very supportive
I feel very valued by the company, they have invested lots of training and skill development with me.
The organisations and structure was very poor on the college side, however Fujitsu was very organised and structured with training support and studying. they even dedicated time to my studies whist also working
Not much, needed improving dramatically
Lots of support and even my manager contacted the college for additional support.
My salary on the scheme was quite good as an introductory scheme.
Lots of opportunities, its just putting yourself out there to achieve them.
Yes
Because overall I enjoyed my apprenticeship experience.
Make sure you Taylor your application to suit the job you apply for
