I Submit reports to customers and deal with phone calls and requests from them, I also talk to other teams and work with them. I use many tools to complete these jobs Microsoft excel being one of them, I also use word and many internet based tools to complete these jobs
Yes I have learnt many skills, I have improved on my team work and many other skills, I have also adapted to work under pressure and under time constraints. Also my communication skills face to face and telephone have improved massively
I enjoy it a lot it is a lot of fun the only downside is there are no resources to help you in the assignments set by my training supplier
I feel very valued in my team especially, they have made me feel very welcome and have helped me in my college work and in my work for fujitsu.
the training program is very well structured and organised I believe it is just poorly executed by the training providers.
I receive a moderate amount of support from my training provider, I believe I could receive more.
i receive a lot of support as my team want to help me in all aspects of my job
my salary meets my costs well as it pays for my travel too and from work and pays for my food and other stuff
Not that i know off, but i am sure if i asked my manager i would be told where i can find out and there will be many oppurtunities
