I will be doing Administration tasks, Covering reception when needed and assisting with the Mail room when needed.
I have learned how to complete permits, send jobs to correct contractors as well as certain procedures on reception
When I have more work and coursework I feel much more valued and tend to enjoy my time at work compared to when less people are in and there is less tasks to complete.
I feel valued when I am given new tasks and sent on new training courses within the UK.
It can be improved by implementing opportunities to learn more skills in work place
I have monthly meetings with my training provider and can email her about any issues and get a reply within a day.
I receive advice from my employer on most of the tasks they are involved in to help me in the future.
My salary exceeds my costs so I have disposable income at the end of every payday.
