Enjoy it a lot, good place to work and start off career
I have gone far beyond my job description to deliver solutions to things when none exists. And now i feel a bit used in that I save the company thousands but they are not paying me any more, nor does it look like they will offer me a permanent job at the the end. Im tutoring other employees doing the same job for normal pay, and Im expected to do the same work as any non-apprentice else who started around the same time in the same role, but they get 10k more pay.
I did not require study or support for any of the exams. I had regular meetings and support from my advisor to complete the assignments. In work im the same as any non-apprentice in 1st line networks, not treated as an apprentice.
I received all the help I needed to complete my assignments which was the only thing I struggled with.
No specific support laid out for me, but its a good environment to ask for help with anything. They provided me with time in work to study for the CCNA which was very useful.
I does not. Sure I can afford to eat and travel to work, and thats all they care about. But I do the same work as people on proper salaries, and I would like to be able to afford a place to go after work besides my parents house.
I live/work in a capital city in the developed world, so yes there are other companies and leisure facilities of course.
Yes
Quite a laid back enjoyable place to work.
being such a large large, you can get stuck spending most of the time doing admin or looking for the right team to contact rather than just focusing on resolving faults.
