My role is to monitor systems, to identify and rectify faults, manage customer queries and any technical incidents that may arise
I have learnt what things to look out for when things such as devices on a network are down and to figure out what the problem is with them
I enjoy my program so much that I hope I get offered a full-time job here so I am able able to gain more knowledge so I can fix the problems other than finding out what they are.
At ATOS I feel like I am needed/wanted here as when I do something helpful at work,I am recognized and people appreciate my presences
My program is well organised, as at the start of the program they gave us a plan/idea on how things are going to work and it's all gone to plan
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. This is very helpful because I know when I'm not sure about anything to do with my program, I can ask my assessor for information which has never failed in the past.
I receive a lot of support form my employer. This is helpful as when I am not sure about things in the workplace, I can ask anyone and everyone is willing to help me out.
My salary meets my cost as I am still young. However I think it would be great for a raise within the duration of my programme because I will be doing the same job as others but may be on half their salary.
During the duration of the programme their are some opportunities for us apprentices to get involved with other apprentices across the country.
