Business Management - creating reports and packs (both internal and external), sending out account communications, organise and run meetings
Yes - completed my level 3 apprenticeship and internal training courses (completed online and in person). There are lots of opportunities to complete internal courses.
I enjoyed working towards my qualification while gaining work experience. I would work on it when I had quiet spells in the office.
I have received feedback from my manager and colleagues on my work throughout the year. I have also received internal awards for organising events.
I received an induction from my account and my training provider when I first joined the company. I feel supported with my work and in my qualification.
I received an induction from my training provider when I first joined the company. I felt supported in my qualification as my assessor came to see me once a month and was happy to answer any questions in-between visits via email or phone.
My manager was happy to make time for me to complete assignments for my qualification and is happy for me to attend apprentice events. My colleagues support me with work for my apprenticeship and my day to day role. My manger and colleagues are happy to answer any questions I have.
I still live at home so my living costs aren't very high. I earn enough to cover my travel costs, daily costs, social costs and any other costs.
I have attended a few company events, such as Christmas celebrations and sponsorship events, and have volunteered in the local community, such as for Microsoft Word and Excel courses.
Yes
I think Fujitsu is a good company to work for. They support their employees and there are opportunities to move roles to find one that suits you. I have been happy with my experience.
Be confident in your interview and know what you are talking about. Don't be afraid to ask a question: there is no such thing as a stupid question.
